Due to health and sanitation standards, all press-on nail sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy helps ensure the safety and hygiene of all customers.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order—such as damaged nails, missing items, or a defect—we are more than happy to help make it right.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit, depending on the situation. Issues caused by improper sizing, application, wear and tear, or normal use are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
